Mallets - Metal
Suitable for both students and professionals, the metal mallets are of
aluminum construction and are very lightweight. Some players prefer the
lighter feel, while others prefer the feel of the slightly heavier wood
mallets. The rubber tips, however, do wear from the constant contact with
the pan and will eventually produce an inferior sound necessitating
replacement.
